Do you sell international products?
No, we only sell products that are manufactured for use in the United States of America.

No you can purchase as little or as much as you like. If your total purchase is $99.00 or more, shipping within the United States (Any State) Standard (5-7 days), is FREE!
What is your return and exchange policy?
Orders can be returned within 10 days. The packaging must not have been opened, and the product must be in perfect condition. We do not pay postage for products that are returned. You can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped out yet. Please send an email to help@diabetessupplies4less.com within 24 hours of your purchase. If there is a manufacturer’s defect in your discount glucose test strips or any of our products, we will provide you with the manufacturer’s phone number.
Do I need a prescription to shop at Diabetes Supplies 4 Less.com?
Currently all our products can be purchased without a prescription. However we are going to start carrying Syringes shortly. Syringes need prescriptions from certain states. As a rule, if you need a prescription in the town that you live in, we will need to have it faxed to us when you place your order. As the Syringes become available on our site, we will post a fax number for you to fax your prescriptions to. No other products that we currently carry require a prescription. Everything is over the counter, including the insulin we sell.
If there is a product that I use but it is not on the site, can Diabetes Supplies 4 Less.com order it for me?
Yes we can. We can get virtually any diabetes testing supply product that is currently available in the Unites States of America. We are also adding new items every day, but if you do not see what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to call us at (877) 880-0004 or email us to help@diabetessupplies4less.com . We are open 7 days a week. Regardless of the item, we can get it. Whether it is a different kind of test strip or meter, or an insulin pump or pump supplies, we can get it.
When I order insulin will it be shipped refrigerated? If not does it affect the insulin not to be?
The insulin is shipped in bubble packaging with a cool pack to keep the insulin cool during shipping. Storage requirements for insulin do allow them to be outside of refrigerated temperatures for up to 4 weeks
Due to the heat-sensitive nature of insulin, we ship the product in special packaging. However, we suggest that you select 2-Day or Next Day shipping service.
If you choose Standard Shipping and your order is placed Wednesday through Friday, we do reserve the right to hold the order for shipment early the following week. This is meant to reduce the possibility of harmful environmental conditions affecting the insulin during longer transit times.
