What are Shipping Costs?
All Orders over $99.00 are shipped Free! If purchase is under $99.00, shipping within the United States (Any State) Standard (5-7 days), a shipping charge will apply, as follows: NOW Lower Rates!
Orders can be returned within 10 days. The packaging must not have been opened, and the product must be in perfect condition. We do not pay postage for products that are returned. You can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped out yet. Please send an email to help@diabetessupplies4less.com within 24 hours of your purchase. If there is a manufacturer’s defect in your discount glucose test strips or any of our products, we will provide you with the manufacturer’s phone number.
How do you ship your products, and what's the minimum order for free shipping?
We offer free shipping on any order over $99.00. Standard packages are shipped out US Post Office. The standard delivery time is between 2-5 days, however, we do not have control over this and especially during the holiday season the post office is a bit slower. If your package weighs more than 1 pound, we will ship it Priority Mail. This means that it should arrive within 2-3 days. Again there are some exceptions and we do not control the Postal Service. For standard shipping, please make sure that the shipping box says standard shipping.
What is the fastest way to Ship?
Our speediest service, Express Mail® delivers your packages overnight to most locations. If you need supplies FAST, we highly recomend USPS Express Mail®
If you would like to use UPS Second Day Air (usually more expensive and slower), please select it from the drop down box. Whether it is The US Postal service or UPS, you will be sent a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally? No we only ship in the United States of America. However, we can recommend you try one of the many companies that specialize in helping people just like you!
